Add/Rename/Delete Speakers

This section shows how you can name detected speakers, add or delete them.

1. Click on a speaker icon next to the transcription and choose "Add or rename speakers".

2. To rename a speaker click speaker's icon, rename, click outside.

3. To add a speaker click "plus" icon, write a name, click outside.

4. To delete a speaker click speaker's icon, click trashcan icon.

Note! It's not allowed to delete an active speaker. To delete an active speaker, first replace this speaker with another one in a transcript.


5. To replace a speaker in a transcript click on speakers's icon, choose the right speaker.
